David Fincher’s The Killer Gets Positive Reaction From Venice Film Festival Chief

David Fincher’s new film The Killer has gotten a constructive response from the Venice Movie Competition Chief Alberto Barbera.

Fincher’s first film since Mank in 2020 is The Killer, a psychological motion thriller starring Michael Fassbender as Christian. This film is about to premiere on the Venice Movie Competition in September with a Netflix launch on November 10, 2023.

Michael Fassbender is unbelievable.” Moreover, he stated, “I’d be stunned if these films weren’t within the Oscar race,” referring to The Killer, Michael Mann’s Ferrari, and Bradley Cooper’s Maestro.

Who’s in The Killer forged?

The forged contains Michael Fassbender, Charles Parnell, Arliss Howard, Sophie Charlotte, and Tilda Swinton.

The film is directed by David Fincher (Combat Membership, The Social Community, Gone Lady). It’s written by Andrew Kevin Walker (Seven, 8mm, Sleepy Hole). It’s produced by Ceán Chaffin and Dede Gardner. It’s based mostly on “The Killer” by Alexis Nolent and Luc Jacamon.
